Keynotes, Workshops, and Retreats Keynotes, workshops, and retreats can be scheduled for almost any time of the year as long as I have not made a prior commitment for the same date. I have presented at conferences and meetings all over the United States as well as in some other countries. I like to talk, personally, with anyone interested in inviting me as a presenter. Initial Consultations

There is no fee for inquiries by e-mail or phone about the possibility of scheduling a keynote, workshop, or retreat.

Fee Schedule:

• Honorariums negotiated at the time of contracting.

• All expenses. Expenses consist of air fare (economy class), hotel, airporters, taxis, and per diem for food.
