Scheduling Keynotes, Workshops, and Retreats
Keynotes, workshops, and retreats can be scheduled for almost any time of the year as long as I have not made a prior commitment for the same date. I have presented at conferences and meetings all over the United States as well as in some other countries. I like to talk, personally, with anyone interested in inviting me as a presenter. Initial Consultations
There is no fee for inquiries by e-mail or phone about the possibility of scheduling a keynote, workshop, or retreat.

Fee Schedule:
Keynotes	$3500 plus all travel expenses* for a topic selected from the keynotes, workshops, and retreats page of this web site.
	$4500 plus all travel expenses* for a topic developed to be congruent with the theme of a meeting or conference.
Workshops	$2000 per day, or any part of a day, plus all travel expenses* for a topic selected from the keynotes, workshops, and retreats page of this web site.
Retreats	$2000 per day plus all travel expenses. Retreats for larger groups (7 or more) will be co-facilitated with a colleague whose fee would be exactly the same.

*Note:**	Expenses consist of air fare (economy class), hotel, airporters, and per diem for food.
